As part of a year-long program, a select cohort of job-embedded teachers from across CER districts, will take a practical, hands-on approach to learning about many aspects of teaching. The goal of the program is to work in a collaborative way to develop strong teachers from each participating district who are ready to face the challenges of teaching. This is a non-evaluative process that is designed to support job embedded teachers and give them a place to share, ask questions, and learn together.
